Feels like the more I visit the worse it gets. Doctors and staff feel competent when I do visit but then various things happen to make me think otherwise. They haven't filled out the proper work for my Referral I need for a specialist nor the Bloodwork they requested I get, and then calling them about it left them to say "They'll check in on it" only for it to be multiple days without a call back. They're also seemingly hard as hell to contact before 12pm, haven't had a successful call past 12pm once despite them being open till 4pm. I don't want to be mean of course but I mean, I have issues I need handled and I can't constantly be calling them to make sure they're not idling on my issues I need handled quicker than multiple months.

I was advised by my insurance to make an appointment for therapy, and called in to the office. Virginia made my appointment, asked me every question, confirmed I was a new patient, and I arrived for the appointment on time, paperwork done, copay paid. I was then taken back, told to wait while they “figured out what to do with me” and was ultimately refused service because I was not an existing patient at the practice. They openly spoke to knowing this prior to my appointment, but did not call me prior to my arrival to advise I would not be seen. My copay has also not been refunded, after several phone calls. They did not offer to make me a patient, have me seen, or help me get a referral. I’ve never seen such poor communication and respect for the patient.

I absolutely love this office staff and doctor Andrea! Doctor Andrea listens and acts quickly. She was a perfect replacement for Dr. Kollman, who we loved. The girls at the front desk are so friendly and they always have me laughing and leaving my appointment with a smile. Highly recommend!!

I just started coming here about a year now. At 1st the receptionist was a little bit rude but once she got to know my family she is super friendly. Sometimes you can tell she is having a bad day so I just make her smile and then she is fine. The Doctor has listened to all my problems and has helped me out with everything!!

100% do not recommend. The receptionist ‘Audra’ is awful. She always cops an attitude. I don’t mean ‘sometimes’. I mean everytime I have talked to this woman she has had a wildly condescending attitude. This is probably the worst office I’ve ever been too. Don’t get me wrong— very clean, welcoming environment. Terrible care. I broke my FOOT. They sent me out for X-rays of my ankle and called me 3 days later and told me I was just fine. AFTER I had went to the ER to get a scan of the foot because, again, they took 3 days with the results. Called in to get my INSULIN refilled. NP forgot. Never called it in and I yet again had to go to the ER to get an emergency script. 0/10
